Pristine follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and this is a part of the hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, Pristine uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
If you fill out a contact form on our website to get in touch with us, our system captures and stores the data entered through the contact form. This is so that we can get back to you using the data (i.e., your name, contact number, email address) submitted through the contact form.
However, if you want to have the stored data deleted, you can request us to remove the stored contact data and we will respond to your request and delete your data accordingly.
Currently, Pristine does not use any third-party analytics to measure the incoming traffic to the website.
If you submit your/your organization's information using the contact form, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely unless you specifically like us to remove it.
Although the user registration feature is currently completely disabled on our website, For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Pristine does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
